Tis' the season

I have a confession...I love this time of year. I mean LOVE! Every thing about it from the Christmas songs on the radio since before Thanksgiving to the long lines at the malls with shoppers checking items off their lists. I love baking cookies, twinkling lights, and decorating our tree. I love finding the perfect gift, wrapping presents, and holiday parties. I love getting Christmas cards in the mail and packages at the door. I love the smell of our tree and hanging our stockings by the fireplace. Most of all...I love that I am a mother and get to experience all of these special things with two sweet little boys. My heart is completely filled with joy and happiness. I can only describe it as magical.
