A few days after Wes was born we had the very wonderful and talented Andrea Warden come to our home to take some pictures of our family and it's newest member. She did an amazing job capturing our boys and all the love between The Smith's. She was patient and so kind and I couldn't be happier with how our photo's turned out. I am so grateful to have these precious memories to keep forever. Thank you Andrea!

Wesley Brian Smith
Our sweet Wesley Brian arrived on his due date, July 9, 2013. He weighed 7lb 4oz and was 20 inches long. It has taken me over a month to get on here and announce his birth. I will just say that this perfect and precious little boy sure has stole our hearts. Especially those of his 2 older brothers who just adore him. This time goes by so fast and we are enjoying each beautiful second of this life of ours.

The Day They Meet
I made these shirts for the day our 3 guys meet each other. I don't know how I'm going to handle all the cuteness once they have these on and they are all together for the first time.

Boy Oh Boy
I am so surprised and beyond excited to be adding a 3rd boy to our family. Being that I am 1 of 3 girls never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined this to have happened. He is perfect, healthy, and is so lucky to have 2 of the best big brothers to teach him all he needs to know! 20 weeks until we meet you little one!

Boys
Funny thing about these boys, it's sometimes hard to tell whether they are loving or fighting each other...Maybe it's always a little bit of both?

5 years
A picture from our wedding day. 5 years ago on March 28, 2007 we married. We vowed to love each other through sickness and in health till death do us part. It wasn't the dream day I would have imagined and sadly our entire family wasn't in attendance. But 5 years later here we are still in love and raising 2 beautiful little boys. Brian is everything and more than I could ever have hoped for in a husband and father. I spent the day serving jury duty while Brian was at work. We celebrated with a dinner of cheeseburgers on the grill. I can't believe how quickly the time has passed since we said "I do".

9 months
Dear Cole,
You are 9 months old today. It also happens to be your great grandmother's 84th birthday. Time goes so quickly when you have children. You will learn that on your own one day. For now we live in the present and enjoy what each day brings. To say that you make us the happiest most thankful parents in the world is an understatement. You really are one amazing little baby. Not only do we love you, you love us back...especially your brother. You adore each other. I love just watching you play together. He loves to make you laugh and you love to chase him around. You boys are best friends and I hope it always stays that way. You have the best smile and the cutest little giggles. Whenever anyone asks me about you I always let them know you are the sweetest little guy with a go with the flow attitude. Except when your hungry and that fiery temper comes out...it's more like feed me now! You have 2 bottom teeth and have 4 more coming in up top. Surprisingly you are still as content as ever. You are on the move and making me nervous and so proud. You've been crawling for a while now and can pull yourself up on the furniture and walk around while holding on to something. Your newest trick is climbing up the stairs and I always find you hiding under your high chair. You love being in the fresh air and without fail a long walk outside turns into a nice long nap. I know you are going to love adventure. You love playing in the bathtub and hate when it's time to get out and get dressed. We go to the doctor on Thursday so I'll have the official stats as far as height, weight, etc...You will also be getting some shots. I know you'll be tough and show your brother he has nothing to be afraid of.
When I was pregnant with you I always wondered what our life would be as a family of 4. Looking back, nothing I ever imagined even comes close to how truly beautiful life really is since you've arrived Happy 9 months little one, you are our sunshine.

It was a good year
What a year it has been! We have had so many wonderful things happen in 2011 and all I hope is that 2012 continues with the same excitement, hope, happiness, and love that has been with us these past 12 months. As sad as I am to see this year end I look forward to what the future holds for The Smith Family.
January: My belly grew bigger and we continued our preparations for baby C's arrival. We had lot's of snow. The clinic I work at finally opened.
February: We celebrated love. The countdown continued in the single digits. Enjoyed some warmer weather.
March: We celebrated not 1 but 2 friends wedding's all in the same weekend. I had a surprise sprinkle for the baby and received many beautiful gifts. We celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary and had a delicious dinner at Capital Grille.
April: 9 months of waiting was finally over. We welcomed our beautiful baby boy Cole Joseph. We celebrated life, love, and our new family of 4. Braeden became a brother. We dyed Easter eggs and went on a hunt around the house.
May: We enjoyed our time together while I was on leave. We planted a garden and watched it grow. We celebrated a mother's day that was double special. I turned 29.
June: We celebrated another friend's marriage.Celebrated a double special Father's Day. We took our first trip of the year to the beach. Cole had his first feel of the sea, sand, and salt air. We got a hermit crab. We lost a hermit crab. We found a hermit crab and lost him once more.
July:
We celebrated the 4th at my parents and found relief from the heat in the pool. We had friends over and watched fireworks. Cole had surgery. I had to go back to work. We made a trip to Brian's childhood vacation spot Silver Lake. We spent time with family we don't see very often.
August: We made another trip down the shore. We ate boardwalk food and soaked in some sun. We went on rides. Celebrated a lot of birthday's. It rained and rained...and rained. Cole started to sit up on his own.
October: We celebrated two friends marriage's. We made all the preparations for the house. We packed. We celebrated Braeden's 4th birthday. We got some snow. We carved pumpkins, dressed in costumes, and went trick or treating.
November: Finally we were home. Cole got 2 teeth. We ate turkey and stuffing. We were thankful. Brian turned the big 3-0! We ate cake...all of us.
December: Baby boy was on the move. Braeden had a very special Christmas concert. We decorated our house, put up lights, got a tree, and hung our stockings. We had a party and waited for Santa. We opened presents and spent time with family. We will be at our new house this New Years Eve relaxing and reminiscing on the beauty that was 2011. We'll kiss our babes and each other and send a wish for a happy always.
